Our Story

The Whistle Punk story began as our family’s small farm in March 2012, nestled amidst the rolling hills and valleys of Keedysville, MD approximately 1 hour NW of Washington, DC and Baltimore. We began as a small, diversified farm focused on producing exceptional Heritage pork and chicken raised and grazed on pasture and woodlands. We sold our meat and eggs at local farmers’ markets, which led to us working with the local health department to conduct food demonstrations, etc. We would put together menus using ingredients from fellow farmers at the markets to help connect local people to local foods. It had been quite sometime since I had worked in food service but quickly remembered how much I enjoyed it and decided to purchase a food trailer, then eventually a food truck so we could bring more local foods to more local people.

While Whistle Punk Farm still exists as our family’s home, we are now entirely focused on bringing customers our delicious creations through our new deli in downtown Brunswick and through our food truck and catering services. Our deli’s menu gets updated daily and can be viewed at https://whistlepunkfarmdeli.square.site/
